Suppl. figure 2 Four color sequence alignment of DraIII fragments derived from two localized clusters of the DraIII variant in PAC A7. End-sequences of 15 individual, out of the pool of 21 existing 2kb DraIII higher order repeats are aligned, and "common" variants used for haplotype analysis indicated (asterisks).
Suppl. figure 3 Variant box. For haplotype analysis of 15 subcloned, individual DraIII higher order repeats of PAC A7, the combinations of 19 "common" variants (non-single) were diagrammed. The 15 fragments originate from 2 (or 3) DraIII clusters containing a total of 21 DraIII higher order repeats. The 12 different combinations suggest that within groups of few clustered higher order repeats, evidence for haplotype amplification is poor.
